Same Same But Different

So hello and welcome to my blog on my new website! It’s so good to be able to do this and I’m so grateful to all the people who have helped and inspired me on the way.

It has been a crazy couple of years for many of us I think. Personally I’ve had to deal with becoming homeless for the first time in my life, and having to make many adaptions to deal with that issue, then with the Covid crisis on top of that, it really has been a pretty rough ride.

However God is good and after all the hardships of the last two years I have a home of my own in Blyth and can focus on rebuilding my life like so many others from up and down the country. This also means that Zestlight Photography will now be based in Blyth, with me offering all the same services but with different mini locations and some slight changes in the area I’m able to cover as a photographer.

The three mini locations I am able to offer are South Beach in Blyth, Ridley Park in Blyth, and Old Hartley Bay in Seaton Delaval. I will be able to offer very different beach styles at these two costal locations. At South Beach we are able to take advantage of some beautiful sand dunes as well as wide open spaces. At Old Hartley there are really beautiful rocks to sit on with shallow water warmed by the sun in the summer allowing for photography in the water for the first time with St Mary’s Lighthouse as the back drop. Ridley park has some beautifully landscapes areas which will be stunning all year around as well and the play parks for the children to climb around on and get some great candid photos of them at play.

I know that there will be many new adventures to come over the next year with many different family doing a variety of different things. Keep a watch out on my social media channels for model calls and other exciting opportunities. I even have a YouTube channel and a book helping others to create interesting portraits in the works to be released very soon.
